What exactly is money that is hard?
So-called “hard cash” arises from personal loan providers, individuals or sets of those who place their cash up for short-term borrowing. Numerous genuinely believe that these loans are simply for non-prime borrowers, those who can’t get approved for funding from cheaper, mainstream sources. But that’s not the case.
The largest users for this type of financing are property investors. They could have relative personal credit line to get houses at auction. Or spend money first, refinance to get then their funds back once again to rehabilitate the home or purchase more flips.
